100 Years in Business - What We're Doing Right
This year marks the 100th year that my family has been in the jewelry business. 100 years - an incredibly long time! It's staggering to reflect on all that has occurred in the world since 1910; what my family has experienced as well as the monumental changes that have taken place in the world.
The automobile was just gaining momentum. In fact, Grandpa started his business just two years after the Model T was introduced. Airplane travel was invented. Radio and television came to fruition. We put a man on the moon. Technology quickly advanced and the Internet came into being.
My family has certainly seen some pretty remarkable changes during the time that we've been in business.
However, amidst the changes, there are several things that have remained the same; ideals and principles that my father taught me that his father taught him. These principles are as timeless and true today as they were back in the early 1900's:
- Always treat people with the utmost respect
- Provide excellent service and the best value possible
- Stay true to your word since your reputation is all that you really ever have
At Joseph Schubach Jewelers, we continue to hold these fundamentals with the highest regard. They continue to be the centerpiece of our business philosophy, something we consider a must in today's high-speed, low-touch world.
As we usher in the next 100 years, we would like to extend to you the same respect, service, value and honesty that my father and his father extended to their clientele. We think you'll feel the difference.
Stop by our showroom, give us a call or send us an email and we will be more than happy to extend a warm greeting to you and to personally help you find the perfect gift for that special person at a great price.
You have my word on it, as well as my father's and grandfather's.
